Return and Exchange
1. Time limit for return and exchange
You have the right to apply for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. We will not be able to accept it after the deadline, please understand.
2. Scope of returnable goods
Return and exchange: unused, unwashed, intact tags, and well-packed clothing
Situations that do not support return and exchange include:
Obvious signs of wear or odor residue on the product
The product has been washed, damaged or damaged
Clearance, special price, and marked "non-returnable" products
Orders that exceed the 30-day return and exchange period
3. Exchange instructions
We accept exchange applications for size or color, provided that the product is still in stock.
Exchange is limited to one time. If the stock is insufficient, we will assist you in returning and refunding.
If the exchange involves a difference in shipping costs, it will be borne by the buyer.
4. Refund method and time
After the returned product passes the quality inspection, we will process a refund for you within 5-10 working days, and the money will be returned to your payment account by the original route.
If the product does not meet the return criteria, we will send it back in its original condition, and the cost will be borne by the buyer.
5. Return and Exchange Shipping Fee Instructions
Return and exchange due to quality issues or wrong products: We bear the round-trip shipping fee
Return and exchange due to personal reasons (such as wrong size, wrong style, etc.):
The return shipping fee is borne by the buyer
It is recommended to use a trackable logistics service to prevent lost items
The shipping fee for re-issuing the product during exchange may be charged a certain fee depending on the region and transportation method. Please contact customer service for details
6. Return and Exchange Process
Within 30 days of receiving the product, send an email to: help@macroci.com Contact customer service and submit a return or exchange application:
State the order number, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos (such as product problems)
After confirmation, customer service will provide the return address and precautions
You send the product back and provide the logistics tracking number
We will process a refund or exchange after receiving the return and confirming that it is correct

8. Important tips
Please ensure that the packaging of the returned goods is intact and clean, and does not affect the secondary sale
If the package is lost or damaged during the return, we are not responsible. Please be sure to use a logistics service with tracking function
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, no one to sign for it, or refusal to accept it, the cost of re-shipping shall be borne by the buyer
