Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Time
After the order is confirmed, the warehouse will complete the processing and arrange the shipment within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
After the shipment, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the logistics company and tracking number.
2. Delivery Range and Estimated Time
We support delivery to most countries and regions in the world. The transportation time is as follows (calculated from the date of shipment):
Standard delivery: 8-15 working days
Due to holidays, peak seasons or customs clearance, the above time may fluctuate, please be patient.
3. Shipping Method
Our international logistics service providers include: EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx.
4. Shipping Fee Description
Standard delivery: Free shipping for orders over $50, and a standard shipping fee of $4.5 will be charged for orders less than $50.
Free shipping: For eligible orders (orders over $50), we will provide free standard delivery service.
5. Packaging and order consolidation
All clothing is packed in waterproof and pressure-resistant bags or environmentally friendly cartons to ensure that the goods are intact during transportation.
If you purchase multiple items at the same time, we can decide to combine or split the shipment according to the volume and weight of the package to ensure the timeliness and safety of logistics.
6. Address change
If you need to change the delivery address, please be sure to contact our customer service immediately before the order is shipped: help@macroci.com.
Once the logistics order number is generated and enters the transportation process, the address cannot be changed; if the wrong address causes the package to be returned, you will need to bear the secondary shipping fee and re-order the shipment.
7. Package tracking
After shipment, you can use the tracking number provided by the system to check the delivery progress in real time on the official website "My Order" or the official website of the corresponding logistics company.
If the logistics status has not been updated for a long time, please feel free to contact us at any time and we will assist in the inquiry and feedback.
8. Delivery anomalies
If you find that the package is damaged, the goods are missing or other anomalies when you receive the goods, please be sure to take photos as evidence when signing for them, and send the photos and order information to the customer service email: help@macroci.com within 48 hours.
We will quickly verify the situation and reissue or refund you if necessary to ensure your rights.
