By agreeing to Macroci SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive periodic SMS/text messages from Macroci through your wireless carrier, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. SMS/text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, reminders, and information (e.g., order updates, account reminders, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you do not need to register for this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of making any purchases from Macroci. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge a service fee, but you are solely responsible for all SMS-related charges charged by your mobile carrier. The frequency of text messages varies. Text and data charges may apply. You may opt out of the Service at any time. Click on the unsubscribe link in any text message, if any. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate it. If you have subscribed to other Macroci mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, you will need to opt out of those programs individually by following the instructions in the mobile terms for those programs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may change any short codes or phone numbers used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or non-delivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you change your mobile phone number, you will need to register for the Program with the new number.
