This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Macroci ("Macroci," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the products and services Macroci offers online. This includes information collected online through our websites, brand pages on third-party platforms (i.e., social networking services), our direct marketing campaigns or other online communications, and offline through our customer care teams, events, promotions, purchases and requests, and mobile messaging services (collectively, the "Macroci Services").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect through the Macroci Services, how we may use and/or share such information with others, how we protect this information, and how you can access and control its use in our marketing communications and business activities. By using the Macroci Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Information You Provide to Us
When you use the Macroci Services, we may ask you to provide certain personal information to obtain our products or use our services. For example, we may ask you to provide information when you register to create an account, update your information, use certain features, access, upload or download content, purchase products or services, enter a sweepstakes or other promotion, register for or participate in a contest, fill out a survey, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information You Provide Through Social Media. You may also choose to link to your Facebook or other social media accounts through the Macroci Services. When you do so, we may automatically receive certain information from you based on your privacy settings on those sites. This information may include, but is not limited to, name, username, demographic information, updated address or contact information, location, interests, and publicly observed data, such as from social media and online activities.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or interact with the Macroci Services, and any third-party advertisers and/or service providers may automatically or passively collect information about your online activities using a variety of technologies. This information may be collected in the following ways:
Usage Information: We may use cookies, pixel tags, mobile analytics software, log files or other technologies to collect certain information about your online activities and interactions with our emails, online and mobile advertisements and to allow us to track analytics and certain statistical information that enables Macroci to improve the Macroci Services and provide you with more relevant content and advertising provided by Macroci or through or linked from the Macroci Services.

Device Information: We may automatically collect the IP address or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”) of the computer, mobile device, tablet or other device (collectively, “Device”) you use to access the Macroci Services, including hardware model and mobile network information. We may use Device Identifiers to provide the Macroci Services, help diagnose problems with our servers, analyze trends, track users’ movement/activity across web pages, emails and mobile applications, help identify or gather broad demographic information for aggregate use, and re-target online and mobile advertising to you on the computer or device you use.
Geolocation Information: We may collect information about the location of your device when you access or use the Macroci Services. In addition, if you choose to turn on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or other geolocation features when using our mobile applications, we may collect and use your geolocation information.
Third-party service providers: We may use third-party service providers to support Macroci Services. Some of these service providers may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, or other technologies to receive, collect, and store information on our behalf.
Third-party analytics technologies: We may use third-party analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Custom Audience, etc., to help us track, segment, and analyze usage of Macroci Services and to help us or third parties provide you with more targeted advertising on Macroci Services and across the Internet. They may also combine information collected from your interactions with Macroci Services with information collected from other sources.
